HOW LONG WILL THE PRODUCTION TAKE?
Depending how busy we are it should be anywhere between 30 and 60 days. We will always provide those details before we start the production. Wood is a natural product and there certain time consuming steps inside the production process that must be respected to create a well performing piece.
WHO WILL HELP WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE FURNITURE?
We have skilled teams available all over Java and Bali in case you wish us to do the installation. We try to ship as much as possible without any additional installation needed. However certain goods have to be installed on the spot for the safety of the goods during transport. We will provide fair installation prices for your reference.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We can not accept returns unfortunately, but we give certain guarantees depending on the final product you choose.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
In principe we require no minimum amount.
